Clients are required to provide accurate information about their business goals, target audience, and any other relevant details necessary for the provision of our services. Clients must also adhere to payment terms as agreed upon.

All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by Listen Media belong to us. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials provided solely for their business purposes.

Listen Media agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent from the client. Likewise, clients agree to keep any sensitive information shared with Listen Media confidential.

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of services. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice. In case of termination, any outstanding payments must be settled.

Listen Media shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
